Restore a purchase

Open Snappie › Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

Settings on your iPhone › your name › Subscriptions › Snappie.

AI effects and credits

AI generation requires an active Plus or Gold subscription, including when you have saved credits. Daily credits reset at midnight UTC and do not roll over. The credit cost is shown before you start.

An AI result doesn’t look like you

Tap “Doesn’t look like you? Request a credit refund” under the result within 24 hours of starting the generation. Quality refunds are limited to one per generation and five per calendar week (UTC). Approved refunds return saved credits, not an App Store payment. Contact support if an eligible refund does not complete.

AI photo sharing

AI effects ask permission to send your selected photo through Supabase to OpenAI for safety screening and image editing. Turn off AI photo sharing in Settings to stop future uploads until you allow it again. Instant editing processes photos on your device. See the privacy policy for provider retention details.

Delete your data

Open Snappie › Settings › Delete all my data. This deletes the anonymous account, credit balance and AI history in Supabase, requests deletion of the RevenueCat customer record, and clears the app’s gallery and preferences. If the server request fails, retry from Settings. This does not cancel your Apple subscription or remove copies saved to Photos or shared elsewhere. Credits

The bundled sample photos depict fictional adults and were generated for Snappie using OpenAI, without real-person reference images. AI before-and-after examples are illustrative results from Snappie’s effects; results vary by photo. DM Serif Display, DM Mono, Caveat and Inter are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The date-stamp font is DSEG7 Classic by keshikan, SIL Open Font License 1.1.
